Our Gold Plan is ideal for our patients who understand the ‘consumer direction’ that healthcare is taking and, accordingly, have high-deductible health insurance policies supplemented by Healthcare Savings Accounts (HSA). This plan is also ideal for those that carry no insurance at all.  The Gold Plan includes:

• All primary care office visits including routine care, urgent care, and an annual physical exam
• Same-day appointments with minimal wait times
• All in-office diagnositic tests and procedures
• Routine injectables such as tetanus and flu vaccine
• Email & phone consultations
• Coordination of Specialty Care
• $450 laboratory allowance
• $300 radiology allowance

While this plan does not include out-of-office or after-hours care, we will be extending this benefit to Gold Plan members for an addition fee when after-hours care is needed.
